Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values.
• Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
• Manage the center’s budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
• Florida Director Credential, 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
• Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers. • Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance. • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams. • Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
