Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and growth in young children.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
- Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience required.
- Must meet all Philadelphia Pre-K requirements for this Assistant Teacher position.
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
