    • Role Responsibilities :

    • Classroom Leadership : Create and maintain an engaging, welcoming environment where children can learn and thrive.
    • Curriculum Implementation : Effectively deliver our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
    • Safety First : Commit to maintaining a safe and nurturing atmosphere where children can prosper.
    • Family Communication : Update parents on their child’s growth and achievements regularly through mobile apps and face-to-face conversations.
    • Center Collaboration : Work collaboratively with center staff and leadership to fulfill retention, enrollment, and engagement objectives.
    • Relationship Builder : Foster warm connections with families and colleagues, creating a seamless environment for play and learning.
    • Qualifications :

    • Educational Background : Meet state guidelines for the role with a High School Diploma / GED; early childhood education coursework is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Experience : Significant experience in childcare with a history of leadership in the classroom and a profound passion for early childhood education.
    • State Compliance : Fulfill all applicable state and federal guidelines, including performance levels, immunizations, safety training, and health requirements.
    • Caregiving Skills :
    • Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in the childcare setting.

    • Skill in addressing children’s daily needs, including dressing, grooming, feeding, and diapering.
    • Encourage strong social skills through exemplary communication and conflict resolution.
    • Keep children engaged and active in appropriate educational activities.
    • Exhibit patience, professionalism, and composure at all times.
    • Physical Resilience :
    • Demonstrate the physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, reach, climb, kneel, and perform various movements for the job.

    • Supervise children effectively by sight and sound.
    • Work outdoors in varying temperatures, ranging from 20°F with wind chill to 95°F.
    • Maintain alertness and energy to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
    • Reasonable accommodations can be made with supporting documentation.
