- State Compliance : Fulfill all applicable state and federal guidelines, including performance levels, immunizations, safety training, and health requirements.
- Caregiving Skills :
- Skill in addressing children’s daily needs, including dressing, grooming, feeding, and diapering.
- Encourage strong social skills through exemplary communication and conflict resolution.
- Keep children engaged and active in appropriate educational activities.
- Exhibit patience, professionalism, and composure at all times.
- Physical Resilience :
- Supervise children effectively by sight and sound.
- Work outdoors in varying temperatures, ranging from 20°F with wind chill to 95°F.
- Maintain alertness and energy to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
