The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for toddlers, fostering their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:- After School Pickup and Transportation: Utilize our after school van to provide safe and reliable transportation to our center from local elementary schools.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports children's growth and exploration.
- Child Development: Observe and document children's progress, addressing developmental milestones and potential concerns with parents.
- Parental Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire), doctor's physical/approval for providing transportation (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Licensing: All state licensing requirements for the role.
