Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Learning Officer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Chief Learning Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of training and development initiatives, including instructional design, curriculum development, and leadership development. The role involves collaborating with senior executives to identify training needs, designing effective learning programs, and implementing strategies for organizational growth. The position requires some work from home, along with regular in-office presence to engage with the executive team and stakeholders.
