- HR Administration:
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
- Prepare reports by gathering and compiling data.
- Assist with data entry and updates in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings on job boards and company website.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

- Associate Degree in Business or related field; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management.
Salary : $12 - $14
