Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic interventions that address a variety of needs.
- Apply assessment and intervention methods in diverse and novel situations.
- Train staff to carry out effective and ethical interventions grounded in research.
- Submit session documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Ensure that ABA providers are accurately collecting data following The Learning Tree's standards.
