- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an integrated curriculum that promotes holistic childhood development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and maintain a nurturing environment for all students.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication are essential.
- Familiarity with childhood development theories, particularly Montessori methods, will be advantageous.
