Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:
- Provision and collection of appropriate application documents to prospective employees
- Appropriate filing of all employee file data, according to applicable state and federal standards
- Conducting interviews using company interview processes
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for promotional and internal vacancies to ensure uniformity and compliance with federal regulations
- Represents the organization at job & career fairs as well as advertising, posting, and/or any and all employee recruitment efforts
- Scheduling of orientation training for new employees
- Participation in orientation training for new employees
- Completion of necessary background checks on prospective employees
- Other duties deemed necessary by Operations Administrator or Regional Director to ensure quality of service delivery for students
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum High School diploma with advanced education preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required. Good interpersonal skills. Good driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
