Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:
-Classifies, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using QuickBooks software.
-Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
-Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
-Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
-Distributes signed checks as required.
-Answers all vendor inquiries.
-Assists corporate financial officers and regional personnel as necessary.
-Supervision of service recipient checking accounts and funds
-Issuance of checks to vendors for purchases from service recipient funds
-Entry of payroll data into payroll software
-Tracking of employee leave usage and accrual
-Provision of employee leave accrual reports to supervisory personnel when requested
-Assist employees with workers compensation as needed
-Answer questions and train employees on payroll system functionality and employee benefits as needed other duties as determined by Regional Director or Operations Administrator as necessary to ensure adequate financial and payroll processes
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of high school degree
- Two years’ experience with clerical duties
- Good driving record preferred
