$5,000* Sign on Bonus - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Growing Independence Behavioral Services (GIBS), a Program of The Learning Tree, Inc., is currently looking for Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) and Assistant Clinical Supervisors (BCaBAs) to oversee caseloads of patients in our GIBS clinics. Our GIBS program provides comprehensive, insurance-funded ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in outpatient clinics throughout the state of Alabama. We focus on improving language and communication skills, social skills, adaptive skills and behavior reduction in our patients. In addition, parent training is provided to all parents. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide 1:1 therapy daily with oversight and direction from the Clinical Supervisors. Our primary focus is on Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) and the majority of our patients are 6 years old or younger. Each clinic location is comprised of a collaborative team of 1-3 Clinical Supervisors and Assistant Clinical Supervisors, an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager with oversight from a Statewide Office Manager, and 6-21 RBTs. Each Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of 6-8 patients and 6-8 RBTs.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and eligible for Licensure as a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst in AL, or a candidate who is eligible to sit for examinations to become certified, or who are working toward completing their supervision hours to become eligible to sit for examinations to become certified.
- Two years of experience with preschool aged children with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Demonstrates knowledge of use of applied behavior analysis in outpatient, insurance based setting preferred.

- Sign on Bonus is payable to non-BCBAs once individual becomes BCBA. Payable after 90 days of having BCBA Certification.

Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Clinical Supervisor job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ongoing supervision and training of RBTs to implement 1:1 ABA therapy with children with ASD.
- Ongoing observations and adjustments of patient’s programming to meet their individual needs.
- Complete assessments and treatment plans for insurance-based services every 6 months.
- Conduct parent training sessions with parents as needed according to the treatment plan.
- Oversight of FBAs and development of individual behavior support plans as needed.
- Conduct weekly team meetings with RBTs.
- Participate in management meetings as needed.
- Communication with parents and other service providers for coordination of care.
- Oversight and completion of all documentation procedures.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
