Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention to each child's educational and emotional needs
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's developmental goals are met
- Monitor and assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Incorporate activities that promote physical education, math, and social skills development
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Qualifications:
- 12 Units of Early Childhood Education Units
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Understanding of special education principles is a plus
- Certification in Child CPR and First Aid
- Experience in private school settings is advantageous
