We're 100% remote and building a team of rockstar leaders with servant hearts! We're seeking individuals with a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, positive attitude, self-motivation, coachability, strong work ethic, and alignment with our core values. We're not looking for people who want a salary or to trade their time for money, employee-minded individuals, or those unwilling to invest in their growth and development. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either part time, or full time to protect families that have requested coverage information. The LeBlanc Group is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. 

WHAT WE DO:
Work with warm leads from people who have requested more information on purchasing coverage, contact our clients, schedule appointments, and write applications for requested life insurance products that fit our client’s needs. Our role as brokers is to help our clients pick out the best protection that fits their needs and their budget.

HOW WE DO IT:
We have created a business model and support system that will allow you to achieve the financial success that you deserve in a lucrative cash-rich industry of financial services. We have a proven "Plug and Play" System -- Comprehensive training program, accountability, personal mentorship, local, regional, and national training events. With the ability to contractually own your own agency, with requirements.

COMPENSATION: 
We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available- no cold calls. ONline training, events plus one on one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application. Full-time agents write 5 applications per week. 

  • Part time agents make approximately $30-$60K in their first year
  • Full time Agents make approximately 80 to 190,000 plus in their first year. 
  • Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every two to three months, generate a passive income of 200,000 to 500,000 a year.

**Results vary based on mindset, effort and skill.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to get life/health insurance license within 10-14 days (we can help get you started)
  • MUST be US Citizen & resident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, motivated to succeed
  • Independent worker, but a team player
  • Mindset of a Victor/Winner
