- US Citizen & Resident
- Health and life license (if you don't have it yet, we will guide you on how to attain this)

ONline training, events plus one on one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application. Full-time agents write 5 applications per week. Part time agents make approximate;y $30-$60K in their first year Full time Agents make approximately 80 to 190,000 plus in their first year. Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every two to three months, generate a passive income of 200,000 to 500,000 a year.results vary based on mindset, effort and skill.
