The Ledges is one the south’s premier private clubs, offering an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, breathtaking views of the Tennessee Valley, and a beautiful 36,000 square foot English Tudor style clubhouse featuring the finest dining experience in the region.
We are currently seeking talented and experienced hospitality professionals to join our Food and Beverage team. We are looking for professional, full time and part time Banquet and Fine Dining Servers who can provide efficient, attentive, and friendly service to our members and guests for our fine dining restaurant and/or our banquet service program.

Wages and Benefits:
- Competitive Base Pay: Receive a base pay rate between $7.25 and $9.00 per hour
- Tip Pooling: Share in a guaranteed gratuity pool (18% on all A la Carte Service and 22% on all Banquet Events) - based on hours worked in each pay period and knowledge of service (Tip Level).
- Additional Gratuity: Receive 100% of any gratuity paid to you above the guaranteed gratuity
- Health Insurance: Full time employees have a choice of two insurance plans for their health care needs. The Ledges will pay from 50% to 100% of the employee premium depending on the plan you choose
- Paid Leave: Receive paid vacation, sick and holiday leave
- Employee Golf Privileges: Employees can play golf for free on one of the south’s premier golf courses. All employees are welcome to play golf with a cart on eligible Mondays for free
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of service experience
- Present a warm and gracious, positive, and professional demeanor
- Provide food and wine service in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure member satisfaction during all aspects of the dining experience
- Understand and execute steps of service
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen both verbally and utilizing the POS system
- Maintain a clean, crisp uniform
- Perform calmly under pressure
- Complete all side work when and as assigned
- Work as a team with effective communication
- Ability to follow instructions

Pay: $9.00 - $22.00 per hour
