Expert at diagnosing machining defects such as tool failures and surface finish issues.
High proficiency with machine controls and precision tools, complemented by computer literacy for data management.
Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced mathematical skills are indispensable.
The ability to interpret blueprints, proofread documents, and effectively train fellow employees.
Key Functions:
Utilizing part drawings and electronic data to configure machine operations and set standards for machining processes on standardized parts with stringent quality assurances.
Design and code programming sequences according to specifications for optimal performance.
