We are looking for an experienced Senior Research and Development Engineer who is passionate about innovation and has a strong background in mechanical engineering. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for leading our innovation initiatives and developing new and innovative products for current and future markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology research projects.
- Conduct experiments and research activities using research theories, principles, and models.
- Communicate research results and findings to internal and external bodies.
- Assess the scope of research projects and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
Requirements
- B.S. and/or M.S. in Engineering or related field from a recognized, fully accredited program.
- 10 years of experience related to NPD or R&D.
- Proven experience applying advanced analytical and problem-solving methodologies.
