Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join The Lee Company. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure high-quality products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Review customer contracts to guarantee conformity to regulatory requirements.
- Quality Management System Development: Design and maintain quality management systems, including PFMEAs, control plans, and PPAPs.
- Specifications and Quality Improvement: Work with specifications like Mil Specs, AMS, QQ-S, and other aircraft standards to enhance product quality.
- Quality Management System Operations: Oversee the daily operation of the Quality Management System and make adjustments as needed.
- Audit and Analysis: Conduct internal audits, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree and Experience: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
- Key Skills: Knowledge of quality systems, machining operations, inspection methods, and statistical process control.
