Job Description:
The Lee Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Innovation Center, you will be responsible for developing innovative products for current and future markets.
Reporting to the Director of the Innovation Center, you will manage projects and produce technical results to advance the development, implementation, and commercialization of new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving methodologies to design, development, and optimization of state-of-the-art mechanical and hydraulic devices.
- Develop technical documentations for all projects and communicate findings to internal and external bodies.
- Evaluate customer and market needs to develop innovative products and solutions.
- Collaborate with different business groups to provide technical support for process scale-up, commercial design, and business development.
