Our team is constantly on the move, processing 6,000 to 8,000 warranty parts orders per month with precision and efficiency. As a Logistics & Warranty Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments go out on time, every time. You’ll work closely with technical support, warehouse staff, and shipping carriers to handle both domestic and international orders, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do (Your Mission) as a Logistics and Warranty Coordinator:
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ 1-2 years of experience in order processing, shipping, logistics, or inventory control
✔ Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
✔ High attention to detail & accuracy – because shipping errors can be costly!
✔ Customer-focused mindset – you care about getting things right the first time
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
✔ Experience with SAP software (Sales Order Management & RGA modules)
✔ Typing speed: 65 WPM, 10-key proficiency
✔ FedEx Ship Manager & UPS WorldShip software experience
✔ Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
✔ Experience in warehouse logistics, material handling, or parts inventory

What You'll Do (Your Mission) as a Logistics and Warranty Coordinator:
- Be the Expert – Process 6,000-8,000 warranty RGA orders per month using SAP—each in under 2 minutes!
- Master Shipping Operations – Generate and manage FedEx shipping labels (Zebra FedEx printer) while ensuring accurate address validation to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with Tech Support Teams – Verify customer information, order accuracy, and exceptions, ensuring seamless resolutions.
- Solve Problems & Keep Things Moving – Work with FedEx Domestic & International teams to resolve shipping issues, address corrections, and lost/damaged shipments.
- Drive Efficiency – Ensure warehouse cut-off times are met by coordinating order hand-offs and inventory updates.
- Keep the Process Smooth – Handle commercial invoices, return labels, and filing for compliance.
- Act as the Go-To Person – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor & Report – Generate nightly RGA reports and communicate insights to the Tech Support Manager & Customer Support Team.
- Support Other Teams When Needed – Back up the Sales Order team, assist with general administrative duties, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
