Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in a senior assisted living community. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, and other common areas
- Restock supplies and ensure that all areas are well-stocked
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
