Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Seasonal Grounds Crew members to join our team. As part of the grounds crew, you will primarily be responsible for mowing and providing general care for our golf course. This is a seasonal position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing and trimming tasks to maintain the appearance and health of the golf course.
- Assist in general maintenance duties, including but not limited to: watering, weeding, edging, and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow instructions from the grounds supervisor to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to take direction.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
