Position Overview:
As a Pool Manager at The Legend Clubs, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operation, maintenance, and safety of our private pool facility during the summer season. Your leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills will contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise staff, ensuring security, cleanliness, and safety of The Legend Clubs Pool
· Provide direct supervision of members to ensure their safety and satisfaction
· Demonstrate high-level leadership to inspire and motivate the pool staff
· Conduct in-service training and create schedules for staff
· Complete necessary paperwork specific to job responsibilities, including state-mandated forms, attendance records, accident/incident reports, and facility checklists
· Organize and assign staff for swim lessons
· Coordinate and direct overall pool operations, including maintenance and member functions
Knowledge and Skills:
· Ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively
· Strong customer service skills
· Effective decision-making abilities
· Current Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED certifications
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Previous experience in pool management or a related field is advantageous
Wage based on experience
