Summary
As a Barista, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while crafting high-quality beverages and food items. Reporting to the café manager, your role focuses on utilizing your core skills in POS systems and food safety to ensure efficient operations. With premium skills in time management and sales, you will enhance customer experiences and promote menu offerings. Your relevant expertise in food preparation and cash handling will support a smooth workflow, making you a vital part of our team in a vibrant café environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales transactions
