The Lescalleet Group LLC. is currently seeking a full-time Landscape Fertilization Applicator. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of properties including commercial and residential, performing duties such as, lawn fertilization applications, aerations, tree and shrub applications, and professional and polite interaction with the clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the application of fertilizers, chemicals and overall beautification of the property.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education of industry standards.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of work.
- Participate in the day to day work activities of a landscape crew
- Participate in preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Participate in all snow removal activities.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of previous experience in lawn care/ fertilizer tech.
- Comfortable working well with a team in a fast paced field environment.
- Ability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to advance knowledge in the lawn care industry by becoming certified with the Ohio Department of Agricultural.
- We will pay to educate our associates.
Salary will be based on level of expertise in the landscape field and ability to perform all aspects of the required job.
General Working Conditions:
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
- Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work.

Will on get close to $25 per hour if you have multiple certifications.
