Job Overview
- Performs routine database and word processing operations in support of LLS’ mission.
- TEMPORARY POSITION - 2 months assignment. Part time role - 20 hrs/week. Staffed through TCWGlobal. ****
- Maintain a working knowledge of all database and word processing programs.
- Conducts daily updates to data files which may include new entries, informational changes, data research, format changes or updates.
- Performs word processing duties as assigned. Produces reports and related materials for special events as requested.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote the field and campaign fundraising initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 50 wpm keyboard skills with accuracy.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Windows programs.
- Good communication including verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Knowledge of standard business machines, computers and printers.
- Professional and sound judgment.
- Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
