We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Property Management Analyst to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Fredericksburg, VA.
Position Overview:
The On Site Property Management Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the property management process for 1-3 assets in various cities throughout Virginia. Working under the guidance of the Property Management Coordinator, this position involves providing direct assistance to on-site staff, ensuring properties are efficiently managed, and maintaining strong tenant and client relationships.
Requirements:
- 3 Years of prior Property Manager experience is required.
- Extensive Yardi experience is required.
- Property Management budgeting and accounting experience is required.
- Renovation Management experience is required.
- Willingness to travel every three weeks to various properties throughout the U.S.
- Solid business writing skills and monthly report creation experience.
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree (Highly Preferred).
Specific Duties:
- Provide direct oversight/supervision to 1-3 on-site property manager.
- Be available to coach your on-site teams through after-hours emergencies.
- Prepare and/or supervise weekly, monthly, and annual reporting related to property financials and operations.
- Assist with the month-end accounting review process.
- Review tenant files and key documents for accuracy and completion.
- Ensure corporate procedures are followed by on-site staff.
- Provide direct support to the Property Management Coordinator and perform required duties in their absence.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all on-site invoices and supporting documents within 24 hours of receipt.
- Monitor open work orders to ensure the timely completion of all maintenance requests.
- Manage security deposit refunds and forfeits.
- Leverage Microsoft Planner to ensure that all onsite activities are efficiently completed.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
