If you share our passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients, we invite you to apply for the position of Associate Attorney.Your RoleCraft individualized estate planning documents for clients, oversee the administration of estates and probate cases, and assist in other practice areas as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of estate and probate cases.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless representation and client service.Provide compassionate and comprehensive legal counsel to clients, guiding them through the complexities of the estate and probate court system.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and briefs with attention to detail and accuracy.Strategizes on how to resolve the clients issues in a favorable and cost-effective manner.Conduct legal research and analysis on various estate and probate issues to stay updated with current laws and regulations.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with a professional demeanor and strategic approach.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their legal processExcellent research and writing skills.Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's law practice and client base.Skills and ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the state bar association.A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing estate and probate.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Proficient in legal research databases.Who You AreDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of family law.We are less concerned with how many years of experience you have than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years.
