Lia Honda Northampton - Warranty Administrator

Lia Honda Northampton is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our service department.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $55K-$75K

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with warranty claims
• Data entry
• Team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• May require travel
• Remote work opportunity may be available
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate submission of warranty claims to manufacturer
• Reconciliation of warranty payments from manufacturer
• Compliance with all warranty policies and procedures
• Any other duties assigned by manager
