Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accurate communications with clients via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability to problem solve and satisfy clients needs.
- Work with internal departments to meet clients needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications Needed:
- At least 1 year of independent brokerage experience with a 440 license preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, manage their workload and manage their time successfully.
