Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating multiple meetings across different time zones.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive needs, anticipating requirements and acting accordingly.
- Provide outstanding follow-up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management and goal achievement.
- Independently resolve issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Prior experience in supporting senior executives.
- Familiarity with travel coordination and calendar management tools.
