We have a local multifamily developer in Columbus that has created a new position for a Senior Construction Project Manager.
About the Position :
This position will report to the President and lead the preconstruction and construction phases of various projects at different stages. This role will be responsible for estimating, developing budgets (pre-con, construction, and post-con), and oversee all subcontractors to ensure the projects are on time and on budget. Ideally at least 2 years as a Project Manager and at least 5 years of multifamily construction experience (they could have been in the field as a Super and a PM the last 1-2 years).
