The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
- Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years as a maintenance supervisor at a community with similar attributes
- Valid D.L.
- Have reliable transportation a Must
- Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
- A/C Certification and CPO
