Hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Professional for Pamona, CA! Apartment leasing, customer service, and sales experience is highly preferred.
Must have 6 months of leasing experience to be considered. Experience with a lease-up and luxury communities is a plus.
Job Responsibilities :
149; Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
149; Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
149; Files own guest cards and maintain according to established procedures.
149; Inspect models and available "market ready", communicate related service needs to Property Manager.
149; Demonstrate community and apartment / model and apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
149; Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
149; Update availability report, process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval.
Follow up with applicant regarding status.
149; Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
149; Immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again. If unable to help prospect, refer them to sister communities to meet prospect's needs.
149; Secure new residents signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in. Orient new residents to community.
149; Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
149; Monitor advertising effectiveness. Gather information about market competition in the area and file.
149; Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
Qualified candidates must possess the following :
149; Must have sales experience.
149; Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
149; Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
149; Apartment software experience is a bonus (AMSI, Yardi, Rent Roll, OneSite, eSite, etc.).
149; Apartment leasing, lease-up, and luxury communities is highly preferred.
