Job Responsibilities :
Pick up trash & debris from grounds
Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun)
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus! Required Qualifications :
Valid I.D. Required
Have reliable transportation
Willing to submit to a background check
The ability to safely lift 50 pounds This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
