Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Suport staff to join our team at The Library Restaurant & Pub. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
• Assist servers in managing guest requests and needs during their dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the shift.
• Support the team in various tasks as needed to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha, is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential.
