Overview:

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and presence to every conversation — someone who makes people feel seen and valued in every interaction. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven environment, communicates with clarity and care, and understands the power of follow-through. As the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping meaningful relationships and delivering a consistently elevated experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to seminar and event registrants within 24 hours to confirm attendance, build rapport, and pre-qualify prospects
  • Schedule appointments for event attendees, no-shows, and client referrals, following established processes for CRM documentation and calendar coordination
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-event and post-appointment to nurture relationships and ensure next steps are completed
  • Log detailed, thoughtful notes in our CRM (Redtail) after every conversation to support team collaboration and client care
  • Engage with confidence and warmth using customized call scripts designed to foster connection and deliver value
  • Support live seminars and workshops by assisting with setup, welcoming guests, and scheduling follow-up appointments on-site
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent client experiences
  • Stay organized and responsive, managing your own workflow with timeliness and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service, ideally in a sales-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Results-driven
  • Consistent follow-through and follow-up
  • Proficient phone skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates persistence to achieve quality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Need a strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on deadline
  • Command of the English language and grammar
  • Working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Suite
