We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Support Specialist to join our team at The LifeWealth Group.
This critical role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department, ensuring seamless execution of client-facing tasks and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new business applications, including investment applications, brokerage applications, annuity/insurance applications, and transfer of assets for account funding/policy issue.
- Quality check and submit signed paperwork to Custodian for processing.
- Collaborate with the Operations department to implement investment allocations and money movement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
