Retail Sales Associate (Suspension/Aftermarket)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic experienced 4X4 (aftermarket) Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills and have a passion for off-road. 4x4 suspension and aftermarket parts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Foster a welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements

• one year experience with off-road suspension / aftermarket parts
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and team player

Pay: Base commission
