Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant – Operations Leader

The LightHouse is a high-energy, mission-driven chiropractic office seeking a confident, organized, and ambitious Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant (COCA) to join our growing team. This role is designed for a natural leader—someone who thrives on structure, excels in follow-through, and brings both professionalism and heart to everything they do.
As the COCA – Boss of Tomorrow, you will be the operational backbone of the practice. You’ll manage financial agreements, patient scheduling, and workflow coordination with excellence and precision. This is not just a front desk job—this is a leadership opportunity for someone with vision, drive, and a deep belief in the power of proactive, holistic health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient accounts, payments, and financial agreements
- Oversee scheduling for care plans and key milestone appointments
- Ensure patient retention through confident communication and consistent follow-up
- Track KPIs related to collections, care plans, and efficiency
- Support team coordination and optimize operational flow
- Provide a clear, confident check-out process that supports patient transformation
- Admin & clinic housekeeping duities
- Back of house "right-hand" to CEO
