WHO WE ARE: The Lilac @ Bayview, a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Augustine, FL is currently seeking an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented clinical professional to join our team!

As the RN/LPN Evening Supervisor you will be responsible for the organizing and directing of the clinical operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility. To be most successful in the role of RN/LPN Night Supervisor, you will be a TEAM player with great conflict resolution skills, who is able to display unlimited patience and a positive demeanor with every single interaction.

What you bring to our team:
- Active Florida RN/LPN license
- Current/active CPR certification preferred

RN/LPN Supervisor Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Interprets and communicates policies and procedures to nursing staff
- Participates in daily or weekly management team meetings
- Evaluates work performance of all nursing personnel
- Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision
- Collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team
- Oversees nursing schedules to ensure resident needs are met.
- Participates in the recruitment, hiring and termination of nursing personnel.
- Active RN/LPN License Required
- 1-3 years’ experience (preferably supervisory) in a hospital, SNF, LTAC, or other related health care facility.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to LTC
- CPR Certification Required
- Other duties as assigned
