What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Custodian (Daycare) position at The Lilypad Garden & Farm Schools?
The Lilypad Garden & Farm School is looking for custodial staff to assist with cleaning our school at closing time. We have a cleaning staff of between 5-6 people who work together to clean and sanitize our classrooms, bathrooms, common areas and wash toys. The shift time will be from 4:30-10:00 pm, but could be adjusted if desired to a start time as early as 3pm with an earlier end time. It typically takes about 4-5 hours daily to get the job done. This position will entail primarily washing dishes for the duration of the shift, but will be cross trained to clean classrooms, restrooms and common areas as well. Cleaning Duties
* Washing dishes
* Taking out trash
* Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping classrooms
* Cleaning multiple bathrooms
* Refilling soap and paper towel dispensers
* Cleaning tables and chairs
* Light dusting
* Steam cleaning carpets
* Laundry
* Sanitizing toys
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
