Position: Adjunct/Enrichment Teacher (Part-Time) | Grades K-9
Schedule: Flexible, based on availability and school needs
Subjects: May include Spanish, Music, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Physical Education, and other enrichment areas

The Adjunct/Enrichment Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in their area of expertise, fostering creativity, curiosity, and skill development in students. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and is ideal for educators passionate about enriching student learning beyond core academic subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement dynamic, hands-on lessons aligned with The Linder Academy’s mission and educational philosophy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration.
- Adapt instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to integrate enrichment subjects into the broader curriculum.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students to promote growth and skill development.
- Maintain open communication with school administration regarding scheduling, curriculum planning, and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in the subject area with prior teaching or instructional experience preferred.
- Passion for student engagement and innovative teaching methods.
- Prior experience with students with special needs, including but not limited to twice exceptional and gifted learners, learners with ADHD and who are on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Commitment to The Linder Academy’s mission of fostering curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
Compensation: $25-$50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
