About the Job:
The Line Up is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage the IT needs of our business. This role is idea for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow their IT skills in a collaborative environment. The IT Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support to office and remote staff and help to maintain our IT systems and infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Help Desk Support: Provide timely and effective support to staff for common IT issues, including network, software, and hardware troubleshooting. Assist both in-office and remote employees in resolving basic IT-related problems.
- New Employee Setup: Manage the preparation of workstations, including configuring hardware, installing software, and ensuring new hires have the necessary technology and tools to perform their job functions effectively.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external IT support providers for ERP improvements, incident reporting, and troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues when required and ensure timely resolution.
- License and Subscription Management: Assist in managing software licenses (e.g., RingCentral, Office 365, NetSuite), ensuring proper documentation, tracking renewal dates, and evaluating for cost savings.
- Learning & Growth: Work closely with management to support the IT function. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and expand your knowledge in various aspects of IT support.
- Metrics – Establish and meet weekly scorecard metrics.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft Certification: Fundamentals), Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in NetSuite is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Additional Considerations:
- Wage is dependent on experience. $55,000-$70,000 annual salary
- Full time position of 40 hours per week, 8:30-5:00 Monday – Friday, in our offices at Eden Prairie, Minnesota
- Hybrid option available to work from home 2 days per week – required in office: Monday
- Reports to: Director of Finance and Administration
