POSITION TITLE: Custodial Technician
REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Under the direct supervision of the Property Operations Manager, the Custodial Technician is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of The LineUp grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Sweep and maintain grounds to keep areas clean and orderly
- Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles regularly
- Clear brush and trim shrubs around various parts of the property
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including worksites and equipment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
- Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms and showers
- Clean and service custodial equipment as needed
- Perform minor repairs on furniture, buildings, and equipment
- Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support overall property operations
Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous custodial and grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques, and materials used in custodial work
- Familiarity with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies

- Comfortable using hand tools, cleaning agents, and chemicals safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Working Conditions / Physical requirements
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling and digging
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
