We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English As A Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves teaching English language skills to non-native speakers, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of adult learners.
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student understanding and participation.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those who are visually impaired or require additional assistance.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators for teacher coaching and sharing best practices in literacy education and instructional design.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
