Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate transactions through point-of-sale system.
- Inform customers on club membership programs and benefits.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Build relationships with members and guest through friendly support.
- Operate a point-of-sale system and perform accurate transactions.
- Supervise, train, and motivate Outside Service staff.
- Promote facility goals and represent club in a professional manner.
