About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents
- Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities
- State 90hr teaching certification and / or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor
