We are seeking a Building Operations Director to lead our team in coordinating scheduling, monitoring work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
A strong understanding of elevator experience and Submittal Exchange/Bluebeam is required.
