Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain high standards by inspecting work quality and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee project compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, encompassing multiple phases of building or rehabilitation projects.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on complex, multi-contract building projects.
